SCREW TERMINAL BLOCKS

Terminal Blocks RSA

Terminal blocks RSA are intended for all segments of the electrotechnical industry for connecting electric circuits of small and low voltage with copper or aluminium conductors within the range of 0.2 mm² to 70 mm². With all types of RSA terminals, the material of the insulating case is polyamide PA 6, flammability V0 pursuant to UL 94, without halogens. The basic colour of the insulating case is white. Besides that colour, further eleven colour tints are supplied as standard with all types of RSA terminals. A wide range of accessories is supplied for the terminal blocks. The terminals can be marked with continuous tapes, a marking profile, or covers with warning symbols. Terminal block assemblies can be arrested on the rail using end clips.

Terminal Blocks RSA PE

Terminals RSA PE are intended for connecting protective conductors in the TN-S system. They are designed with a conductive connection of the protective conductor to the bearing steel rail TH 35 x 7.5 and TH 35 x 15 with surface finish. The conductive connection to the DIN rail is secured by a jaw contact, its tightening is performed using the central screw located between the end screws for tightening the conductor. The galvanised steel rail may only be used for the PE function. The insulating case is made of polyamide PA 6, flammability V0 pursuant to UL 94, without halogens. It consists of two coloured parts, green and yellow. The terminal is encased in this way from both sides.

Stacked Terminal Blocks

Stacked terminal blocks are offered in the RSA, EURO D4, EURO Z, and EURO W series. They are intended for connecting electric circuits of small and low voltage with copper conductors with a solid or braided core (possible without sockets) wherever demands for space saving exist or where installation with a higher number of connecting points is needed. Two- and three-floor designs are offered. Every connecting point can be marked. Terminals are designed so that the floors can be connected horizontally with connecting segments supplied as accessories or vertically by an internal connection in the terminal (determined by production – the terminal type). The terminals can be clamped to steel bearing rails TH 35 x 7.5 and TH 35 x 15. They can be clamped on the rail individually or in blocks.

Fuse Terminals

Fuse terminals RSP and RSP A are suitable for tube melting fuses 5x20 mm (type RSPA 4 – 6.3x32 mm) in the ceramics and glass design, terminals are mounted on rail TH 35. Fuse terminals can be included in the circuit with both alternating or direct voltage. With direct voltage, it is necessary to observe the polarity of the positive pole marked on the terminal board. Fuse terminals with LED signalling are offered as well.
Terminals 1106-F are suitable for tube melting fuses 5x20 mm and are used for connecting electric circuits with copper conductors where bearing rail TH and terminal block RSP 4 cannot be applied. They are delivered in designs of 1 to 5 poles. Every terminal has a separately attached fuse bracket upon delivery.

SCREWLESS TERMINAL BLOCKS

Terminal Blocks EURO Q

Screwless terminals EURO Q are intended for copper conductors of cross sections from 0.5 to 6 mm², they excel with quick and easy to perform connecting and simultaneously easy disconnecting. The electric contact is comparable to a notch contact. The contact is formed by the pressure of a suitable tool (e.g. a flat screwdriver) on the spring, which causes its offset and subsequent insertion of the conductor. By using screwless terminals, you can avoid failures arising with classic screw joints due to warming, vibration, or deformation of material. Fastening of the terminals is possible to rails TH 35 x 7.5 and TH 35 x 15. Connecting of the terminals is possible using screwless inserting brushes, namely in an endless series.

Terminal Blocks PYK

Screwless terminals PYK with push-in technology excel with the ease and speed of conductor connection. Solid and finely braided conductors (fitted with sockets) can be inserted into the terminal without using a tool (just by pushing on the conductor). Thanks to that, the assembly time is made many times shorter. The patented terminal design ensures a quick and safe connection even in environments with high vibrations. The case material is polyamide PA 6.6 with flammability V2. The colour design of the basic series is grey and blue, PE terminals are yellow-green. PYK terminals are offered in many variants as classic blocks, PE, multi-input, stacked, fuse, disconnecting, sensor, and testing terminals. Partitions, linking screwless brushes, and marking multi-cards are supplied for the terminals.

POLE EQUIPMENT

Series SV

Pole equipment of the SV series consists of terminal blocks, fuse terminals, and accessories. The terminal boards are placed on DIN rail TH 35 or TH 15 of various lengths (the length of the rail depends on the pole terminal board type). Pole terminal boards SV are intended for a four- and five-conductor system. All terminals in the pole terminal board assemblies are marked with a description and clearly define what conductor the terminal in the assembly is designed for. Terminal board protection is IP 20. Both aluminium and copper conductors can be connected to all types of pole terminal boards.

Series SI

Pole equipment of the SI series in insulation class II are offered in two type designs that differ in the maximum cross section of the power cable. Pole terminal boards SI are intended for a four- and five-conductor system, terminal board protection is IP 54.

EQUIPOTENTIAL TERMINAL BOARDS AND GROUNDING TERMINALS

Equipotential Terminal Board EPS 1, EPS 2, EPS 3

They are intended for use in home and industrial distributions as main equipotential bonding terminal boards. EPS 1 and EPS 2 are offered either with a cover with the possibility of sealing or without a cover. EPS 3 is offered without a cover and in the design EPS 3+KO 100E. The terminal boards can be fastened using screws M5 (not a part of the product) on a wall, switchboard, etc. The fastening screws are not conductively insulated from the terminal board bridge. The terminal board without a cover can be placed into installation boxes.

Equipotential Terminal Board EPS 4

Equipotential terminal board EPS 4 serves for main equipotential bonding – equalising the potential and as an equipotential busbar. The terminal board consists of a bearing pad, a bridge, and a cover. The brass bridge with nickel surface finish allows for connecting copper and aluminium conductors (for older installations). In general, bridges are fitted with openings for connecting nominal conductors 6 and 16 mm2. The connection of the grounding strip 30x4, 20x3, possibly the grounding round wire Ø = 10 mm is using two screws and a shim. The cover is made of polycarbonate, it is transparent, which allows for a visual inspection of the terminal board. The connection of the cover and the pad can be secured by sealing. The bearing pad (foot) is made of polyamide, flammability VO in the colour design of grey, blue, green, and it is designed so that it is possible to mount the terminal EPS 4 on rail TH 35 horizontally and vertically. EPS 4 can also be mounted on the pad (directly on the wall) or into electrical installation boxes KO 125 E, KT 250 L etc.

Grounding Terminal ZSA 16, ZSA 16 N

Using this terminal, it is possible to connect the protective conductor to metallic objects and structures of a round shape (e.g. pipes). The product consists of the actual terminal (inner and outer part), two shims, and one screw. Part of the product are also two nuts M6 for fastening the conductor between the terminal shims. A perfect contact with the bonded structure, rid of paint and corrosion, is guaranteed by wrapping a copper or stainless tape and its tightening in the terminal. The terminal should not be poured with concrete or another material. A copper or stainless tape is not a part of the grounding terminal ZSA 16.
Grounding terminal ZSA 16 N (stainless) is completely made of stainless steel. The use of the terminal is the same as with the design ZSA 16 with the difference of the possibility of its application in environments with aggressive ambient effects (humidity, chemistry, etc.) or in contact with materials with which the steel version with a zinc surface finish would form galvanic cells.

Grounding Terminal ZS 16 VK

A grounding terminal intended for complementary equipotential bonding of pipes. The terminal has a modified design for quicker and easier assembly. Part of the terminal is a stainless or copper strip 250 mm long.

Grounding Terminal ZS 4

This terminal was developed based on the need for connecting metallic faucets and similar equipping objects in premises where complementary local equipotential bonding is necessary. The terminal consists of a steel body with a screw and a shim and a brass 1/2" nut. The grounding terminal ZS 4 is available in a stainless design or a steel design with zinc surface finish with an internal opening of 1/2" or 3/8".

Grounding Screws

Grounding screws are intended for complementary equipotential bonding of any metallic structure (e.g. metallic tables, fixed el. equipment, etc.). As standard, grounding screws are made of refined steel with surface finish. Upon request, it is also possible to supply grounding screws in a stainless version.

UNIVERSAL TERMINAL BLOCKS

Terminals ETB

The series of universal terminal blocks ETB has a wide range of connectable conductors
2.5 ÷ 240 mm² with a possible number of inputs 2, 4, 6. We also offer the terminal of a nominal cross section 50 mm² in a 3-pole version. The connection is possible using aluminium and copper conductors. The excellent insulating properties are ensured by a case made of polyamide (PA). The terminals can be clamped on the mounting rail TH 35, type ETB 240/1, ETB 240/1x2, and ETB 240/1x3 can only be mounted on a pad.

Terminals UTB, UTB-S

The application of universal terminals UTB, UTB-S is very wide. They are intended for e.g. applications in distribution equipment or as testing terminals. They find their application also in industrial automation and construction installations. They are suitable for all types of aluminium and copper conductors (types UTB: from cross sections 1.5 mm² to 150 mm²; types UTB-S: from cross section 6 mm² to 240 mm²). The UTB body is made of electrically conductive aluminium with a galvanic coat that ensures the connection of the aluminium and copper conductor without a collision in one terminal. For a safe connection of aluminium conductors, the clamping part for the conductor should be filled with a special contact paste that breaches the oxidation layer, prevents the electrolytic corrosion and provides long-term protection.
The main advantage of these terminals is the high variability of connectivity with the possibility of branching. The dimensions of the terminals are relatively small because the connecting sockets are located above each other, which increases the number of terminals in a row while preserving the same spacing of the terminal board busbar. The terminals can be fastened on the bearing rail TH 35. The case material is polyamide PA.

Power Terminals BNP

Power terminals BNP are designed for connecting electrical circuits with copper conductors up to the maximum connecting cross section of 240 mm². The individual types differ in the nominal cross section of the connected copper conductor and two variants of the bridge, a flat and a lowered one. These are terminals that serve for connecting conductors with the possibility of direct putting of the cable lug on the screw. When using the accessories (V-stirrups, V-jumper flags), it is possible to connect conductors without a lug termination. The terminals can be installed on rails TH 35 x 7.5 and TH 35 x 15.

DISTRIBUTION BLOCKS

Distribution Blocks OJL

These blocks serve for branching the conductors from one larger cross section into several conductors of a smaller cross section. These blocks are offered in two type versions with a nominal connecting cross section of 70 mm² (six outputs), 120 mm² (eleven outputs) and they are intended for all types of Al and Cu conductors. The tightening of the screws is performed with an Allen key. Fastening is possible on a DIN rail or using mounting screws on a flat surface. The protection with all type versions is IP 20. Distribution blocks have an easy to open upper cover from a dark transparent plastic that does not have to be opened for the assembly and disassembly of output conductors.

Distribution Blocks DTS

They are used for connecting four- and five-core cables in electric installations. They allow for electricity distribution in various applications. They are offered in versions for all types of Al and Cu conductors from 1.5 to 150 mm². The blocks can be fastened on a pad or a TH rail using a bracket. The case material is polyamide PA6 V0, the cover – transparent polycarbonate.

Distribution Blocks DTB

Their most frequent use is in electric installations: in electric switchboards, control and measuring automatics, and also in construction installations. They allow for simultaneous connection and branching of aluminium and copper conductors with various cross sections. They are offered in versions for all types of Al and Cu conductors from 1.5 to 120 mm². The blocks can be fastened on a pad or a TH rail using a bracket. The tightening of the screws is performed with an Allen key. The protection with all type versions is IP 20.

Branching Terminal Board

The branching terminal boards are designed for multiple branching, junction, or mutual connection of conductors of various cross sections (from 2.5 mm² to 95 mm² terminal boards of series 2; from 1.5 mm² to 16 mm² terminal boards of series 3). The connecting and branching part of the terminal board is formed by a linking brass bridge (galvanised) and steel fastening stirrups (galvanised).

ELECTRONIC MODULES

Terminal Blocks RSE

Terminal blocks RSE, fitted with electronic modules, suitable for small voltage circuits (some types are also suitable for the voltage level of low voltage). These are terminals whose case and clamping units are the standard of terminal blocks, the terminals are complemented with a printed circuit. This combination created terminals that excel with their small dimensions. The terminals will find their application in control, switching, and protection applications. With all types of terminals RSE, the material of the insulating case is polyamide PA 6, flammability V0 pursuant to UL 94, without halogens. The basic colour of the insulating case is grey.
