Terminal boards for lamp poles

Lamp pole terminal boards are offered in four type series. They are composed of terminal blocks RSA, RSP, and accessories. The terminal boards are fixed on a DIN rail TS 35 with various lengths (rail length depends on the type of lamp pole terminal board).

Lamp pole terminal board characteristics:

•  Insulator material polyamide PA 6, inflammability VO according to UL 94, halogen-free

•  Above-standard surface treatment of connecting and electrically conductive parts

•  Possibility of connecting aluminium and copper conductors 

• Terminal blocks PE conductive connected to the DIN rail

•  IP code 20 without need to use accessories or covers (*)

• Separation of phase terminal blocks using middle partitions

•  Terminal blocks in terminal boards are marked with a printing

•  Certification of state test lab and accordance with EU standards  

IP coverage of terminal boards

All lamp pole terminal boards assembled from terminal blocks RSA 6, RSA 10, RSA 16A have coverage IP 20 without need to complement with covers, etc.

(*)The types assembled from terminal blocks RSA 35A (e.g. SS 6.35 and SS 9.35 must be complemented in order to achieve IP 20 coverage with accessories: side face cover for RSA 35A, order No. G 420066 only in case the cross cection of the connected conductor is 10 mm2 or lower or when the terminal block is not fitted with a conductor. If the terminal boards assembled from terminal blocks RSA 35A do not meet the aforementioned, their coverage is IP10.
Lamp pole terminal boards assembled from RSA 35A are not supplied as standard with accessories in order to increase coverage, this must be ordered separately.

Fuse bottoms with thread E14 a E27 (NEOZED system) used in type series SV-A a SV-B have coverage IP20 – they are complemented as standard supply with special plastic covers.

Information about connectivity and usability of terminal boards

It is possible to connect aluminium and copper conductors to all types of lamp pole terminal boards. ale terminal blocks in the assemblies of lamp pole terminal boards are marked with a description and including the colour of the insulating body (by types SV, SV-A and SV-B) clearly define which conductor the terminal block in the assembly is designed for.

The fuse holders used in assemblies (terminal block RSP 4, fuse bottoms E14 or E27) do not contain the actual fuse, namely for reason of various requirements of customers concerning the fuse type (type of recommended fuse is by individual terminal blocks mentioned, see following pages). Fuse bottoms E14 and E27 do not contain pressing insert.

The terminal boards for lamp poles are placed on the DIN rails, they have specifical versatile openings and allow for assembly on all common offered lamp poles.

The used material of the insulator and the electrically conductive connecting parts guarantees you above-standard service life of the product.

All offered terminal boards have certification of state test lab EZÚ Praha, declaration of conformity in accordance with EU standards and are marked CE. The products are tested according to ČSN EN 60998-2-1, 60439-3/95, ČSN 34 8340, 35 7030.
